Here is my dinner menu. Chicken legs, From Scratch French Fries and Brussel Sprouts. For me, the sprouts are like dessert! Love them!!!

My chicken Leg Recipe: Coat frying pan with cooking spray. Finely Chop onions and Garlic…how much? Just enough…almost cover the bottom of the pan. Take the skin off the legs – sprinkle with salt, pepper and steak seasoning. Cook at medium high 15 minutes…turn…15 more minutes on the other side. YUMMY!
