DEEP FRIED AND SKILLET FRIED POTATO CROQUETTES

Leftover cold mashed potatos

Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

Self rising flour


1egg

mozzarella cheese

salt pepper

Parmesan Cheese

my ay need to add more flour or breadcrumbs

mix well with hands

patty out firm potato cakes

if deep frying, drop in hot oil and let cook, gently turn over to finish frying

if pan frying flatten a little thinner and fry on both sides to get a good crust, don’t burn!

in my opinion both methods are good but the deep frying is better .. look how they puff up beautifully
