Beer Can Chicken!!!!
Stuff empty chicken with:
Rosemary
Thyme
1 sliced lemon

Pat chicken dry and coat with butter or olive oil
Cover w/following rub:
1 tblsp paprika
3/4 tblsp garlic powder
3/4 tblsp onion powder
3/4 tblsp pepper
3/4 tblsp salt
1/2 tblsp coriander
1/2 tblsp cumin
1/2 tblsp dry mustard
Place chicken butt on can of beer (1/4 poured out)
** Bake @350 til done or grill on med/high heat
