I finally made dinner tonight…the first time in like a week I think…lol…well, my hubby wasn’t laughing, but boy was he surprised with the stuffed chicken breast. It turned out delish..


Dawn’s Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breasts
I pounded out 6 chicken breast,
softened 8 oz of cream cheese,
spread a spoonful over the top of each chicken breast.
..sprinkled with garlic powder,
ground some pepper over that,
spread frozen broccoli floretts (I did have to slice these sort of thin),
sprinkled shredded cheese over that,
sprinkled Tony’s cajun seasoning on top…
rolled up and secured with tooth pics…
placed in a cast iron dutch oven,
poured a jar of roasted garlic alfredo, low fat cream of chicken soup,
half a can of water,
cut up red potatoes all around in the sauce..
.baked on 375 for about 1 hour…
it was superb…my husband just said, Wow…: )
. That makes me happy to make him happy
