1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 Cup flour

1/4 Cup whole wheat pastry flour

1 1/2 Cups sugar

2 each powdered egg substitute

1/2 Cup applesauce

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 Tablespoon coconut extract

1/2 Tablespoon almond extract

1 Tablespoon peanut butter 

Directions: 

Warm extracts. Blend in peanut butter. Add a teaspoon of water, if necessary to make smooth. 

In a separate container, whisk egg substitute. Whisk in applesauce, and then peanut butter mixture. 

In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add liquid mixture and whiskr. Pour into an 8 inch square pan that has been sprayed and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. 

Serves 12.
