Saw this at a baby shower this Sat and I just adored it.. here is a photo of the one from the baby shower.. and they are very tasty too…
Cucumber Sandwiches
– Sliced cucumbers , with skins on
– Cream cheese, softened room temp
– Package powdered italian dressing mix
– Bit of milk – about 1 Tbsp
– Party-sized pumpernickel you can find it in the bread section.. looks size of crackers
– Dill (dried is fine)
Soften cream cheese at room temp, mix in salad dressing mix and enough milk to make the cheese spreadable. Spread on bread, top with sliced cucumber. Sprinkle with dill. (dill is optional)
