CUSTARD PIE
4 eggs
2/3 c sugar
3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
2 pie pans
in one place Crust.
in the other put in pan of water
bake for 450 degrees
15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 10-15 minutes longer
cool
run knife around edge of pan
if doesn’t stick it is ready
