6 small cucumbers

1 Vidalia Onion sliced very thin

2 cups white vinegar

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp granulated sugar

1/2 tsp Fresh ground black pepper

In med bowl combine cucumbers onions vinegar salt sugar and pepper. Cover with plastic and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days. Adjust the seasonings with salt pepper and maybe sugar if needed. Serve salad very cold.
