Crock Pot Taters 

Crock Pot Taters

4-5 Potatoes , peeled and chopped “chunky”

1 medium onion chopped-toss into hamburger after broken up

1 medium pepper-chopped

1/2 bag small carrots (halved) or 4-5 regular size cleaned and chopped “chunky”

1 pound Hamburger thawed, cooked,drained and chopped into bite size pieces

2 cans of Cream of ________ Soup

(I like to use Mushroom and Celery or whatever you have and like)

Spray Crock Pot with non-stick spray toss in potatoes, carrots (or whatever veggie u like better)

top with Hamburger

Add soups to “cover”

Add several shakes of your favorite spices- we like salt and pepper, chopped garlic,

Italian Seasoning, Parsley

 

place lid or Crock Pot and “walk away” turn on High for 4-5 hrs and YUM
