CRISPY SKIN ON GARLIC N CHEESE POTATOES


 

Wash russet potatoes with skin on and chunk up trying to keep them all around the same thickness

put in large bowl, add your spices.. pepper, salt, garlic powder, pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, basil and extra virgin olive oil

sprinkle lightly with parmesan-romano cheese

mix well

pour out onto a greased cookie sheet

put in oven 450 degrees for 45 minutes

take out and sprinkle more parmesan-ramano cheese over top while warm

DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!
