2 10 oz packages frozen cauliflower
1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of onion soup undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1 cup herbed stuffing mix
1 tbsp butter
paprika
cook cauliflower according to package directions. Drain
add soup and sour cream mix well Pour into a buttered 1/2 quart baking dish.. top with stuffing mix dot with butter ,. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
