CREAMY BAKED FAKE CHEESECAKE
(makes 1 9-inch cheesecake)
1 1/4 graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c sugar
1/3 c butter or margarine melted
2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4 c “ReaLemon” lemon juice from concentrate
1 8oz container sour cream
1 can cherry pie filling chilled
preheat oven to 300
combine crumbs sugar and margarine
press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan
in mixing bowl, beat cheese till fluffy. gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. add eggs and add in ReaLemon brand; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.bake 50 -55 minutes or till center is set. top with sour cream bake 5 minutes longer cool Chill then top with cherry pie filling.
