Cream Puff Dessert

 

1 cup water

1 stick margarine

Boil

Add 1 cup flour and mixx well.

Remove from heat and add 4 eggs singly. Beat well after each egg. Spread on greased jelly roll pan. Bake on 2nd rack in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool.

 

Mix 2 (4 oz) pkgs instant vanilla pudding with 2-1/2 cups milk. Beat until thick. Add 8 oz. cool whip. Spread on cooled crust.

 

Prepare topping in microwave.

Melt:

1/2 cup chocolate chips (or more)

1 tablespoon milk

1-1/2 teaspoon Karo Syrup

2 T margarine

 

Drizzle over top of dessert….ooooh yummy!
