1 box chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Heat to 350 grease and flour 12 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan
Prepare cake mix as directed on package
Pour batter into pan
Mix remaining ingredients
Drop by Tablespoons into the batter
cut the batter with a knife to give a marbling effect
Sprinkle additional chopped nuts and choc chips if desire
bake 25-30 minutes
