CRAZY CAKE
2 c sugar
3 c flour
6 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 tsp vinegar
3/4 c melted shortening
2 c water
vanilla or chocolate frosting
preheat 350
in 9x 13 baking pan sift sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
mix well and add remaining ingredients. Mix thorouhly and bake about 40 minutes or till cake tests done. Let cool and frost with vanilla or chocolate frosting. Cut into squares and serve.
