Cran-Pistachio Cookies – Easy Recipe!
Ingredients:
1 pouch Betty Crocker Sugar cookie mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding & pie filling
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter melted
2 eggs
1 cup dry roasted pistachios chopped
1/2 cup dried, chopped cranberries

Preheat to 350 degrees
In large bowl stir cookie mix, pudding mix and flour. Add melted butter and eggs. Mix well. Add pistachios and cranberries, mix. Drop by spoonfills onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, no longer. I took them out at 8 minutes. Makes 2 dozen. This recipe is light – not too rich or sweet. Tastes great! Enjoy:)
