Cowboy Eggplant Bake
Eggplant soaked in brine for @ least 3 hr
At leas 10 big tomatoes cubed
Tsp lemon add to tomatoes while waiting on brine
Noodles
Layer eggplant , noodles , and tomatoe layer again add garlic to tomatoe juice pour over top
Bake @ 350 for 1_11/2. Hours
Sprinkle with with frsh basil and cheese to your liking works with italion or any you want enjoy
