CORN CASSEROLE BAKED IN CAST IRON SKILLET
combine 1 can sweet corn with the juice, 1 can creamed corn, 1 stick butter melted, 2 eggs, chopped onion, chopped green pepper and any hot peppers you may like, box of jiffy cornbread mix, salt and pepper to taste… bake on 350 for 1 hour… I used my iron skillet but can use a casserole dish….
