Cookie Dough Truffles..
.if you love to eat cookie dough, you’ll love these, no egg so you don’t have to worry about salmonella…
1/2 cup butter-softened,
3/4 cup brown sugar(packed)
,1 tsp. vanilla extract,
1 can condensed milk
,1/2 cup semi-sweet mini morsels,
1cup finely chopped pecans,
1 1/2lbs chocolate bark candy, melted…
Cream butter and brown sugar using mixer until creamy.Add vanilla. Gradually beat in flour and milk. Add chocolate morsels and pecans, mixing well. Shape into balls. Place on wax paper, chill for 2 hours. Melt chocolate to cover, refrigerate for 1 hour…enjoy!!!
here’s a picture of the Cookie Dough Truffles I made yesterday and I shared the recipe. I didn’t give them their dunk in the chocolate, I only gave them a sprinkle of choco.
