COLD COCONUT CREAM CAKE

Easy Cake for summer fun!

Mix a white cake mix add in a tsp or two of coconut flavoring

and throw in a pinch of sweetened coconut. Bake in 9×13

When comes out poke holes in it

Open a can of sweetened condensed milk and add a drop or two of coconut flavoring oil. mix in with butter knife and pour over your cake.

Let cake cool

then I put a little sweetened coconut on top of cake – not too much just a little and I put cool whip over top of that. then another thin layer of coconut.. thin is the key! this is not a heavy cake!

Next I toast some coconut in the oven under broil

and add some powdered sugar to it when it comes out

I slice some strawberries very thin and decorate the top then I add a little of the toasted coconut just for decoration.. I didn’t use all of my toasted coconut.. just enough to make it pretty!

Put in fridge = preferably overnight but at least four to six hours. Serve cold!
