Coconut Pudding…
4 packages vanilla instant pudding
1 large tub coolwhip
6 cups milk
1 12 oz bag coconut; toast 1/4
1 package coconut macaroons or nilla wafers.
Mix pudding and milk, let sit in fridge a little while until slightly firm. Mix untoasted coconut in pudding. Layer cookies in big bowl or dish put a layer of pudding, a layer of cool whip until u run out end with cool whip on top, stick cookies around the edge. Top with toasted coconut. Tasty!
