Coconut Frosting
1 c. Heavy Cream
3 Tbsp. Confect Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Flaked Coconut
Whip Heavy cream till stiff add vanilla and fold in sugar. Spread between layers of Cake and over top then sprinkle w toasted coconut.
