Coconut Cream Pie Dessert:

60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1-1/2 sticks melted oleo – Mix & pat into 9×13″ pan (Do not have to bake)

1-1/2 cups milk
3 pkgs. instant coconut creme pudding mix
1/2 gallon Beyer’s Homemade Vanilla ice cream or
French ” ” ” , softened

Mix above together & pour over Ritz crust
Top with 8 oz. Cool Whip and toasted coconut, if desired
