COCONUT CAKE
1 bx yellow cake mix (can use choc if desire)
1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 can cream of coconut (not coconut milk- this is found in mixed drink isle)
1 small tub cool whip
chopped walnuts , or almonds..optional
1 1/2 shredded coconut or judge to your liking..
bake cake to directions in 9×13 pan. Poke holes in warm cake. Pour can of milk over top and can of cream o coconut. Sprinkle nuts over top. Let cake completely coole in fridge and add cool whip over top.
Spread shredded coconut overtop of cake. Can garnish with Walnut pieces or Marachino Cherries.
