COCONUT APPLE CAKE WITH ORANGE GLAZE

4 cups raw diced apples

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup oil

1 1/2 cup baking soda

2 c sugar

2 eggs beaten

2 tsp vanilla

2 cups all purpose flour

Nuts if desire

1 Tsp coconut flavoring

1/2 tsp vanilla

Tsp cinnamon

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes in bunt or angel food cake pan

Citrus Orange Glaze

Mix confectionary sugar with Orange Juice beat and drizzle on cake. Toast a little coconut and sprinkle over top
