RECIPE TAKEN FROM : CATHERINE WOOD out of LEGO CHURCH OF JESUS COOKBOOK
Seen her make this in both a bowl and a square dish.. whatever you wish to make it in is fine..
COCOA CREAM CAKE
Crust: 2 pkgs Ritz Crackers crushed
1 1/4 stick margarine, melted
Filling: 3 boxes Instant Coconut Pudding
3/4 cup milk
1/2 gal French Vanilla Ice Cream
Make Crust with ritz crackers and margarine.
Mix together 3 boxes of instant coconut pudding.
Set aside ice cream to soften. Combine mixture and ice cream. Pour over crust. Top with 8 oz of Cool Whip and Coconut.
