3 boxes of coconut pudding [instant],
1 1/2 gallon of french vanilla ice cream [softened, not melted],
2/3 cup of milk.
Mix pudding and milk.
Add ice cream and mix well.
2 round packs of ritz crackers [crushed] and 1 stick of margerine [melted] , makes the crust.
Pour the ice cream, pudding mixture over crust. Top with cool whip and add coconut on top of cool whip. Very good. I hope you enjoy.
