6 tbsp cream cheese
2 1/2 cups confectionary sugar
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla
dash salt
1 1-0z sq. unsweetened chocolate melted.
Place cream cheese in bowl cream it till soft. Slowly blend sugar into it. Add the shredded coconut. Mix well. Add the vanilla and salt and mix till well blended Press into a well greased shallow pan.
Place in the fridge until firm. Spread the chocolate on the fudge and score the chocolate into squares.
Place in fridge till the choc is hardened. Cut into squares following the scored pattern.
