CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE

2 1/2 c crushed thick chocolate wafers

1/3 c melted butter

1 12oz semi sweet chocolate bits

2 lbs cream cheese (softened)

2 c sugar

4 4ggs

3 tsp cocoa

2 tsp vanilla

2 c sour cream

1 1/2 pint whipping cream

chocolate curls or candy bar

combine crushed wafers and butter and press into bottom and sides of 10 inch springform pan and chill.

Melt chocolate in double boiler and beat softened cream cheese till fluffy and light. gradually add sugar then eggs one at a time beating after each.

add melted chocolate cocoa and flavoring ; blend thoroughly .

Stir into sour cream and pour into chilled crust . Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 1o minutes. Cake will be runny till it chills. Cool at room temp Chill 5 hours.
