chocolate buttercream frosting

2 sticks  softened  butter

3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla extract (or 1 tsp almond extract)

4 tablespoons half and half milk

Cream butter in mixer.
add 3 cups powdered sugar and cocoa into the mixing bowl.
mix well and add vanilla extract, salt, and milk
beat for three minutes
If you want a  stiff consistency, add a little more sugar.
If your frosting needs to be thinned out, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time.
