This is one of my kids favorite Italian dishes.Chicken Riggies.I love it too,and I know you will also.Quick,easy and delicious.

Cook one box smaller size Rigatoni pasta.(al dente-Set aside Do not add till last!( In Large fry pan add 1 1/2 lbs .chicken breast,cut up into bite size pieces.Salt and pepper.to taste.Chop one LARGE onion,add three garlic cloves at last end..Saute.In large pot. Add one jar roasted red peppers chopped,one jar spaghetti sauce. (I use Bertoli Italian Sausage)One lg can tomato sauce,1 lg.can crushed tom.1/2 cup locatelli , or Romano grated cheese,One hot cherry pepper seeded and minced)I/2 bunch fresh parsley chopped., 1/2 tsp. dried basil.Simmer 45 min, on med. heat,Take pot off heat, stir in cooked Rigatoni pasta, and SLOWLY drizzle in 1/2 -3/4 cup heavy cream. I like to add some sliced ,baked, Italian sausage in this also.I serve crusty garlic It. bread, & Tossed salad with the chicken Riggies. ENJOY!!
