CHICKEN PARMESAN EASY and YUMMY!

( Perfect with Herb Roasted Veggies)

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( however many you need) about even thickness

1 package of SHREDDED Parmesan cheese ( in a bag in dairy. Kraft is best)

extra virgin olive oil or butter

 

Heat oil or butter in skillet until pretty good and hot, but not too hot

put cheese on a plate. Press chicken breast into cheese. Won’t all cover, but coat as much as possible. Lay chicken in skillet. Cook 6 minutes on each side, only turning once. Done!!
