So before the “boxed mixes” in the grocery store for Cherry Cheese Pies, this is how you would make one..  of course to save time I am using a pre made graham cracker crust but to make a crust you simply need crushed graham crackers and butter mix pat in pie plate bake and let cool..I am also using a can of cherry pie filling but that was an easy fix too from scratch.. just need some sugar, cornstarch, butter, and some cherries..


CHERRY CHEESE PIE

Cherry Pie Filling

1 Graham cracker crust

To make Cheese Filling you will need

1 8 oz block cream cheese

1 1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup self rising flour

1 egg

1 egg size of butter

Vanilla

 

Mix till creamy and  spread into your graham cracker shell best you can.. will be thick

Top with cherry pie filling and put on cookie sheet in case it overflows while baking

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes take out and let SET… do not cut…

put in fridge after cools and let set a couple hours.. when cold you can serve..  Delicious!
