CHEESY STEAK TORTELLINI

1 2lb bag of cheese tortellini

1 family size bag of Souls Kitchen Fajita Steak

1 -8 oz block of cream cheese

1 stick butter

3-4 cloves garlic minced

Parmesan Cheese

pepper

cajun spice

parsley flakes

milk

flour and water and a tad of oil

Take your fajita steak and put into cast iron skillet with a tad bit of oil, fry on med low heat then add some water and put lid over with heat turned down to let it get tender.. (I also use kitchen sheers and cut the steak into bite size pieces) then take lid off and ad a little flour, maybe 2 tbsps. and stir well add in a little water ..put lid on and turn to lowest heat (simmer) and finish your Sauce.

put stick of butter in pot, with your minced garlic, and then once garlic has started to sauté you add in 1 or two cups of parmesan cheese, and then add in milk about a cup to start with then I keep it on hand and add more as I go… I add a block of cream cheese and let it bubble on low.

Add a pinch of cajun spice, black pepper, and parsley flakes

preheat oven to 350.

Meanwhile you have boiled your tortellini in salted water till almost done.

take a 9×13 casserole dish out

place your tortellini in the dish. add slivers of butter around top.. then pour some milk in ( not sure how much to tell ya) then I sprinkle parmesan cheese over top the hot tortellini add three good ladles of sauce over top of your noodles add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese

then add your meat and gravy followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese

top with all of the sauce you have left, then I drop a couple drops of milk over top. and top the whole thing with a light layer of mozzarella cheese

pop in the oven for 13 minutes and serve with garlic bread and corn or salad.

Enjoy!
