CHEESY SPINACH STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS served WITH FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

Chicken breasts

1 block cream cheese

2 large cloves of garlic, minced

Fresh leaf spinach chopped up

Parmesan cheese

Shredded mozzarella cheese

mix together with hands

Trim your chicken breasts of any skin or fat and slice down the side so you can stuff them

Lightly oil your baking sheet with high heat oiL

and place stuffed chicken breasts on sheet

I lightly oil my hands and rub the tops of the chicken breasts

season chicken with your favorite seasonings

I used a little black pepper, a smidge of paprika, basil, oregano, garlic powder, parsley, and onion powder

place in oven to bake @425 for about 30-45 min or until chicken registers 165F or 170 in thickest part

now I had huge breasts, so note that smaller breasts will not take as long

meanwhile while your chicken is cooking make your Alfredo ..

butter, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese , garlic minced, parsley, cream cheese, and a little 2% milk to thin it out

toss fettuccini noodles in the sauce serve on side with chicken after the chicken rests a couple minutes
