CHEESECAKE BROWNIE BITES OR CUPS

start out by mixing up some regular brownies .. I used the recipe below….

Serena’s Perfect Brownies

3/4 c cocoa

2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla

1c butter
4 eggs

1 c flour

Cream butter and sugar add eggs and beat well blend in cocoa; vanilla and flour mix

Next get your mini muffin pan or muffin cup pan and spray with Bakers Joy or butter and flour your pan

Take a tiny bit of the brownie mixture and add to wells

NOW mix up your cream cheese mixture

8 oz cream cheese softened

2 tbsp butter softened

1/4 cup sugar

1 tbsp self rising flour

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 egg

heat oven to 325

take the cream cheese mixture and put a tiny amount over top your brownie mixture in the pans

take some hershey’s syrup and string over top lightly each well using knife tip make a cut in the batter

and put in oven to bake …

you need to watch yours they should only take around 14 minutes to bake maybe 17 for cups

let set a minute in pans then using a cake spatula you will gently take out of tin

cool on wire rack

 

 

then chill before eating.. I put mine in the freezer cause I was in a hurry…then took out once chilled and put in plastic container with lid. they are best cold
