CHEESEBURGER GOULASH
2 lbs ground chuck
salt pepper
tad oil
brown your burger in the oil and season well
Twin Pack of Cheeseburger Hamburger Helper
Add the two cheese packets
Add 1 can of petite diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil (Great value brand)
1 can water
1/2 can of Hunts Crushed tomatoes
(just freeze the rest in a ziplock for next time, I can’t seem to find a smaller can of Hunts Crushed)
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
tad sugar
boil 2 1/2 cups small macaroni shells ( you can use the ones in the box but I don’t like their big shells)
make hot homemade mashed potatoes and serve the goulash over the mashed potatoes
delicious
