An easy moist carrot bar recipe 

Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 1/4 cups vegetable oil

2 (6 ounce) jars carrots (3rd Food baby food)

4 eggs

cream cheese frosting

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup margarine (softened)

2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla 

Directions

Sift first 5 ingredients together in small bowl. In larger bowl add next 4 ingredients and mix well.

Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared sheet cake or 2 9X12 cake pans.

Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes.

Frost with cream cheese frosting when cool.
