Carol Sue’s Peach cobbler
Melt 1/2 stick butter in 2 quart casserole dish in a preheated 350′ oven
Peaches:
*Mix together in glass bowl and heat in microwave for 5 mins.
1 sm can peaches/w juice cut up
1 cup sugar
1 tbs cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
Batter:
*Mix together, pour into dish of melted butter.
3/4 cup self rising flour
2 tsp baking powered
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
*Pour in peach mixture.Pray
*Put in oven and cook for 20 mins or until browned on top.
*Take out sprinkle with sugar and top with a few butter pats. Heat another 5 mins.
*Take out and drizzle eagle brand milk over the top and let it soak in.
*Note:It is great with vanilla ice cream and cool whip.
