Chicken and dumplings
Boil boneless chicken breast in 4 cups water
Add 1 chicken bouillon cube
When done remove chicken, set aside till later.
Strain broth through strainer
Wash pot or use a clean one and add strained broth back into pot, add 1 cup boxed/can chicken broth and keep heated. 

Dumplings:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking power
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Sifted together
Mix 1 egg beaten and 2 tbs butter melted in a dish. Add to flour mixture
Mix quickly till dough forms

Drop by spoonfuls into hot broth or flour board and pat out flat and cut into cubes with pizza cutter and drop in hot broth. Which ever way you want.
Add 1/2 stick butter
Cover and simmer for 15 mins. Do not open lid
After fifteen mins, stir gently and add cut up chicken.
Add some dried parsley flakes
Add 1/2 cup milk
Add 1 cup chicken broth
Stir gently let simmer uncovered for 10 mins
Serve with green peas and crispy fried cornbread and enjoy.
