Caramel, Pretzel Nut Popcorn
8 cups pretzels broken
20 cups popcorn
4 cups dry roasted peanuts
3 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 1/2 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
Place pretzels, popcorn and peanuts in a large bag or a large bowl set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat add brown sugar, corn syrup and butter bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt and baking soda. Immediately pour over popcorn mixture mix well. Place on baking sheet bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Store in air tight container enjoy!
