Cake ingredients: 

1/2 Cup mashed bananas

1 package yellow cake mix (2 layer size)

1 package butter pecan flavored instant pudding mix (4 servings size)

4 eggs

1 Cup Cola-Cola

1/4 Cup vegetable oil

1/2 Cup finely chopped pecans (optional) 

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan. 

In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredents together and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. 

Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes. Do not under bake. When cake isone, it will spring back when lightly pressed and will pull away from the sides of the pan. 

Cool cake in pan for 15 minutes, then remove and cool on a rack. Glaze cooled cake. 

GLAZE FOR CAKE 

Ingredients: 

1 Tablespoon hot milk or water

1 Cup sifted confectioner’s sugar 

Directions: 

Stir the hot milk or water with confectioner’s sugar until smooth. 

Drizzle over cake. 

VARIATIONS: Try instant banana or butterscotch pudding flavors with this recipe instead of butter pecan.
