Burrito Lasagna
9X13 baking dish, greased, and pre-heat oven to 375.

Ingredients:
1 LB ground meat, browned and drained.
1 onion, diced and sautéed
1 package taco seasoning
1 package of 8-10 large flour tortillas
1 16oz container of sour cream
1 lb shredded cheese. I prefer a cheddar/jack mix (keep about 1/2 a cup aside for the top)

toppings:
sliced black olives
fresh cilantro
fresh guacamole (recipe to come)
diced tomatoes
sliced jalapeño

Mix together the cooked meat and onions. Add seasoning, sour cream and all but 1/2 cup of cheese. Put one layer of tortilla on bottom of pan. now the mix. layer mix and tortilla, ending with tortilla on the top. Top with remaining cheese. cover with foil and cook for about 45 minutes. You want the cheese to all be melted, and it will be bubbling.
Top with some more sour cream, or some of things from the list of toppings.

Now, this is not an exact science and I have never really gone by a recipe. good luck 🙂
