2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or thawed)

2 Tbsp water

¼ cup butter

½ cup sliced almonds

¼ cup French’s french fried onions 

1. Place broccoli florets and water in a large microwave safe bowl. Cover and heat on high in microwave for two minutes (or until done to your liking). Remove and drain any liquid. 

2. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Cook until golden brown, swirling pan often to prevent burning. Stir in almonds. Remove from heat. Pour browned butter over broccoli in bowl. Add french fried onions. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
