Breakfast Quiche ( nice when you have company) 

1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
8 whole eggs
1 1/2 c feta cheese crumbled
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
2 c fresh spinach
1 c chopped ham
1/4 c milk
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1.Directions1in a large bowl, whisk the 8 eggs and milk together.
2. add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl, and mix well, making sure that the spinach is fully integrated into the mixture.
3.take an 8 inch round cake pan, spray with cooking spray, and place the puff pastry in the pan. add the above mixture into the prepared crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes on 375.
serves 6.
