4-6 boar chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick

1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

3 tsp. flour

1/4 c. fine bread crumbs

1 tsp. onion powder

1/4 c. milkMix salt, flour, bread crumbs, onion powder, and milk. Coat both sides of chops and place on baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min or till baked.
