LEFTOVER YEAST ROLLS


If you happen to HAVE any yeasty rolls left over here is what you do..


 

cube them.

2 cups sugar

6 egg yolks

3 eggs whole

2 tbsp vanilla

2 1/2 cup white milk

2 cups heavy whipping cream 

Buttered Pan

Yeasty rolls toasted and cubed in oven, cinn and sugar sprinkled on top. 

Mix together ingredients and sprinkle cinn. Add dots of butter all over in pan, pour over mixture in 9×13 .. put in water bath.. (can use large turkey pan) just make sure NO water gets into your dish.. cover with foil and bake 350 for 45 minutes then take off foil and bake 45 more,,,, 

Make Apple Caramel Topping to go on top or a Brandied Vanilla Sauce, throw in what you have.. I use apples in this one..
