3/4 lg loaf sandwich bread

3 Tbsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp ground ginger

1/2 stk unsalted butter, cold

1 c sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 lg eggs

2 c heavy cream 

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350*. Spray loaf pan with non stick spray.

2 Cube the sandwich bread and place in large bowl.

Add in cinammon, ginger and sugar. Cut butter into little chunks, add to bowl, and toss to cover with sugar and spices, place in loaf pan.

3 Whisk eggs, vanilla and cream together and pour over bread. If necessary, use a spoon to push the bread into the eggs.

4 Bake for an hour to an hour and a half.
