BOTTLED GRAPE JUICE JELLY

3 ½ c. sugar
1 c. water
2 cups grape juice (16 oz)
1 box Sure Gel pectin
5 or 6 “Quilted Crysal” jelly jars

Measure sugar and set aside. Measure grape juice and water and put into kettle. Add pectin and mix well. Place over high heat. Stir until mixture comes to a hard boil. At once, stir in sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat skimming foam with a metal spoon. Pour at once into jars leaving 1/2” space at the top.
