So I made these boneless ribs the other night.. and they just FELL apart.. who doesn’t love that right?? I seasoned them.. put them in a glass pan with water, lemon juice and milk.. cooked them at 275 for a couple hours.. and then turned it up to 325 for the last hour.. and put some bbq sauce on at the end.. I love adding lemon juice and milk to my meats.. TENDER!
